After two suspended years, many decision-makers and interested parties from the fields of intralogistics and process management finally came together again in Stuttgart from May 31 to June 2, 2022!
LKE demonstrated its capabilities with many exhibits for a wide variety of processes. to come up with solutions. New developments and upcoming product categories were also on display.
Putty solutions
Optimizing production environments, warehousing and supply chains. With customized kitting trolleys from LKE, you can exploit the full potential of your production.
A kitting trolley is equipped with a certain number of “sets”, e.g. for the assembly of your goods. These equipped kitting trolleys can be stored centrally. Production is thus supplied with assembled sets via a tugger train.
This means you don’t buffer any bottlenecks, make optimum use of your available space and avoid errors in production.
Automatic loading of roller carts
The future belongs to automated guided vehicles (AGVs). To ensure consistent implementation of the concept, LKE presents the transport trolley for automatic loading using a special rack.
The way it works is as simple as it is ingenious. Gravity causes the load (e.g. small load carriers) to roll automatically onto the trolley and can be conveniently removed at its destination.
The system is flexible and can be easily adapted to future changes.
Autonomous cab cars
A mother-daughter system offers unique opportunities in the field of intralogistics. This is where the use of autonomous mobile robots (AMR) makes particular sense.
LKE’s gantry trolley is suitable for use in a fully autonomous intralogistics solution: AMRs make it easy to load and unload the gantry trolleys.
