kitting solutions
Optimize production environments, warehousing, and supply chains. With customized kitting trolleys from LKE, you can exploit the full potential of your production.
A kitting trolley is loaded with a specific number of "sets," e.g., for the assembly of your goods. These loaded kitting trolleys can be stored centrally. Production is then supplied with loaded sets via a tugger train.
This way, you avoid bottlenecks, make optimal use of your available space, and prevent errors in production.
Automatic loading of roll carts
The future belongs to driverless transport systems (AGVs). To ensure consistent implementation of the concept, LKE presents the transport trolley for automatic loading via a special rack.
The way it works is as simple as it is ingenious. Gravity causes the load (e.g., small load carriers) to roll automatically onto the trolley, where it can be conveniently removed at its destination.
The system is flexible and can be easily adapted to future changes.
Autonomous taxis
A mother-daughter system offers unique opportunities in the field of intralogistics. The use of autonomous mobile robots (AMR) is particularly useful here.
The portal truck from LKE is suitable for use in a fully autonomous intralogistics solution: AMRs can be used to easily load and unload the portal trucks.
