LKE has developed a trailer system for supplying materials with the tugger train, which can be used to transport various common standard load carriers, such as Euro pallets or KLT boxes.
To ensure the trailers' directional stability, they can be equipped with the virtual coupling/drawbar system.

The industry is increasingly making demands such as:

For this reason, a system was developed in collaboration with manufacturing companies that combines these requirements. This resulted in thevirtual coupling/drawbar system from LKE. The virtual coupling/drawbar ratio, which has now been proven 100,000 times over, achieves thebest possible directional stability, ensuring optimum tracking in the tightest of spaces.

During the coupling process, the central locking lever is automatically released and the center casters are lowered.
By lifting the centrally aligned fixed casters, lateral movement in both directions is possible via the 4 swivel casters.
