initial situation
- The base plate and pump had to be laboriously packed and picked by hand.
- Time-consuming transport to the production line, partial damage to assemblies, and an increased error rate in final assembly
customer requirement
- After completion, the assembly (base plate) must be packed into a transport trolley using a manipulator during pre-assembly.
It is then transported to the refrigeration circuit production area, where the base plate is removed again using a manipulator.

The trolleys were designed so that the pump and base plate could be transported to the production line without damage and pre-commissioned. Care was taken to ensure that the distances were large enough for the manipulator to grip or suck up the components without any problems. A concept was developed together with the customer and extensive tests were carried out with prototypes. KLT trolleys and PFW special designs are used.
