My name is Sophie H. I have been part of the LKE team since 2015. After six months in temporary employment, I was taken on as a permanent employee. In Großenhain, I am, among other things, the link between employees and the HR department and the first point of contact for visitors. My name is Kai K. and I started working for LKE GmbH in June 2021 in the Customer Service Team department via a temporary employment agency.

I support the CST in its daily tasks, such as preparing quotations and orders and taking and forwarding telephone inquiries.

Although I was deployed through a temporary employment agency, I was always seen as a permanent part of LKE because of my commitment.

This also led to my being taken on by LKE in March 2022 on a permanent contract.

I started as a warehouse clerk and have worked in the warehouse, production and shipping departments over the years. I am currently employed as a clerk in the technical office and am mainly responsible for shipping. I'm always very happy when everything has been shipped or registered with the shipping company at the end of the day. I chose this industry at the time because I was particularly interested in the field of logistics. That's exactly what I was able to find at LKE and I still appreciate it today.

The work at LKE is very varied and demanding.

My name is Marcus T., I am 34 years old and I am happy to be part of the LKE team since August 2019. I was warmly welcomed into the company and especially into the technical office. Initially, the familiarization took place in the quality assurance department. In order to be able to support the team optimally, the familiarization was extended to the areas of work preparation and calculation.

Due to my years of experience in the field of welding as well as my training as an International Welding Specialist, I have also been employed as a welding supervisor in the company since May 2021.

It is not always easy as a father of a small family with a toddler to get everything under one hat. However, in case of problems or appointments with the child, an optimal solution is always found quickly for everyone.
