My position requires extensive specialist knowledge and a great deal of commitment to keeping up to date with all relevant topics. Continuing education and training are therefore an integral part of my personal and professional development.

LKE GmbH has supported me in the implementation process from the very beginning, enabling me to complete further training to become a certified customs and foreign trade specialist, for example, and is currently supporting me in my further training to become an industrial business administrator.

After my parental leave, I found the ideal employer for my return to working life in LKE GmbH. Flexible working hours and the option of working part-time enabled me to balance my family and career. Hello, I'm Maik L. and I'm writing my bachelor's thesis at LKE GmbH in Marl.

I study automotive engineering at Dortmund University of Applied Sciences. Towards the end of my studies, I was looking for a competent company that would support me with my bachelor's thesis and where I could gain my first work experience as an engineer. My name is Dennis and I have been working in scheduling at LKE-GmbH since February 2020. I previously completed a six-month internship here as part of my retraining as an industrial clerk and was then given the opportunity to stay at LKE-GmbH.

I already felt very comfortable here during my internship and liked the friendly working atmosphere, which made it much easier for me, with no practical work experience, to get started in everyday office life and the associated processes.

I was given a good insight into the sales, purchasing, and technical office departments, and was repeatedly entrusted with new and exciting tasks and challenges.

 My name is Sophie H. I have been part of the LKE team since 2015. After six months as a temporary worker, I was offered a permanent position. In Großenhain, my responsibilities include acting as the link between employees and the HR department and being the first point of contact for visitors. My tasks include compiling documents, writing invoices, and preparing meetings. So far, I can say that no two days have been the same.

My name is Kai K., and I started working at LKE GmbH in the customer service team in June 2021 through a temporary employment agency. 

I support the CST in its daily tasks, such as preparing quotations and orders, as well as accepting and forwarding telephone inquiries. 

Although I was employed through a temporary employment agency, my commitment meant that I was always seen as an integral part of LKE. 

This also led to me being hired by LKE on a permanent contract in March 2022.

Hello, my name is Anastasiya K., I am a design engineer and have been working in this role at LKE for 13 years. My name is Waldemar N. I have been working at LKE in Marl since November 2011, so I have been here for a full 10 years. I started out as a warehouse specialist and over the years have worked in warehousing, production, and shipping. I am currently employed as a clerk in the technical office and am mainly responsible for shipping. I am always very happy when, at the end of the day, everything has been shipped or registered with the shipping company. I chose this industry back then because I was particularly interested in logistics. That is exactly what I found at LKE, and I still appreciate it today.

The work at LKE is very varied and challenging.

My name is Marcus T., I am 34 years old and have been delighted to be part of the LKE team since August 2019. I received a warm welcome to the company and especially to the technical office. I initially underwent training in quality assurance. In order to be able to provide the team with optimal support, the training was extended to include work preparation and costing.

Thanks to my many years of experience in the field of welding and my training as an international welding specialist, I have also been working as a welding supervisor in the company since May 2021.

It's not always easy to juggle everything as the father of a small family with a toddler. However, when problems arise or appointments with the child come up, an optimal solution for everyone is always found quickly.
