LKE shelf trolleys are all-round transportation devices that have their origins in postal logistics, where they are used tens of thousands of times.

Whether in combination as a tugger train or individually, our shelf trolleys are used for order picking, for supply in production environments and in CEP logistics. Shelf trolleys are flexible and robust. They are suitable for transporting letterboxes, parcels, Euroboxes and many other goods.

LKE trolleys in use

KLT trolley

The KLT trolley ensures an optimum material flow in the order picking area. The KLT trolley can be moved both individually with a handbrake and in a tugger train (tugger train system). Like all LKE products, the KLT trolleys have excellent directional stability, even when cornering, and deliver impressive transport performance in the tightest of spaces. Loading and unloading on both sides is also possible here.

The KLT trolleys transport KLT boxes in standard dimensions of 600 or 800 and are available in many different versions .

Special solutions

Ecoflex letter tray trolley

The Ecoflex mail container trolleys meet almost all the requirements of international mail traffic. Thanks to the modular plastic injection mold technology, the nest sizes in the base can be individually adapted to accommodate the different letterboxes.

The color of this versatile product (plastic floor and end walls) can be matched to your desired RAL color.

The trolleys have a pull handle, central locking device with foot lever, plastic floor and end walls and optionally also a coupling and drawbar for use in combination.
