Modular Platform Trolley R6+ MK II
These platform trolleys feature the new Mk-II undercarriage and can be
custom-made according to your preferences, allowing the trolleys to be
specifically tailored to your manufacturing processes.
With the new pendulum axle, the trolleys are also ramp-capable. To enable optimal processes in manufacturing environments, the swivel castors allow for lateral movements by hand when the central castors are raised. Compared to the original R6+,
straight-line speeds of up to 12 km/h are now possible, and cornering
stability is significantly increased.

WITH FIXED WHEELS
If it is not coupled to another trolley, the fixed castors can be raised using the pedal and the trolley can now be moved freely and crosswise.

RAMP CAPABILITY (UP TO 5°)
The two fixed castors in the middle of the trolley make it not only suitable for tugger trains, but also for ramps. When the drawbar is lowered to couple the trolleys, the fixed castors lower automatically to guarantee constant contact with the ground. Thanks to its special design, the R6+ Mk II can be used on ramps with an angle of up to 5°.
OPTIONAL CUT OUT
A cut out section in the side of the article can be configured in the grid floor. This creates an entrance that makes it possible to get closer to the load and to load and remove it ergonomically and safely.
OPTIONAL FORKLIFT GUIDES
Thanks to the protected forklift guides, which can be optionally fitted to the R6+
Mk II, the trolley can be stacked on itself when empty. This is a great advantage,
especially when transporting or storing the trolleys. The trolley can also be loaded and lifted onto shelves or trucks, for example.
